LLS Return and Exchange Policy
All Local Lash Brand items are checked for quality before sold, however if you receive a damaged or defective item you can exchange it for the same item to the store you purchased it at within 72 hours of purchase.
We accept returns on all unused unopened Local Lash branded products within 72 Hrs of purchase. If more than 72 Hrs have gone by since your purchase was made, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
If the item purchased is discounted and or out of stock that item will not be eligible for an exchange.
A receipt is required for all LLS Branded returns or exchanges
Any request for a return or exchange outside of our return window will be denied

All shipping orders can take up to 72 hours to be processed, packaged, and shipped.
Delivery orders are shipped out to the address provided upon receipt and cannot be altered or changed once order is processed and shipped.
