Refund policy

LLS Return and Exchange Policy 

All Local Lash Brand items are checked for quality before sold, however if you receive a damaged or defective item you can exchange it for the same item to our store within 72 hours of purchase. 

We accept returns on all unused unopened Local Lash branded products within 72 Hrs of purchase. If more than 72 Hrs have gone by since your purchase was made, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

A receipt is required for all LLS Branded returns or exchanges 

Any request for a return or exchange outside of our return window will be denied 

Non LLS Return and Exchange Policy 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of these brands listed below 

Livbay, EBL, Grande Lash,Stacy Lash, Prolong, VAVA Lash, and Lash Stuff

Tweezer Testing

We encourage all our in store customers to test their tweezers before purchasing as we do not offer any refunds or exchnages

Promotional Discounts and Events

Discount codes can only be used on LLS Branded Products (Unless stated otherwise) and will not be accepted past their expiration date.

Discount codes will not be honored on any of these brands listed below.

Livbay, EBL, Grande Lash,Stacy Lash, Prolong, VAVA Lash, and Lash Stuff 

We reserve the right to deny the use of any and all promotional codes.

 Online Orders

All shipping orders can take up to 72 hours to be processed, packaged, and shipped.

Delivery orders are shipped out to the address provided upon receipt and cannot be altered or changed once order is processed and shipped.

*We will ship your order and products to the address provided. Local Lash Supply is not responsible for any fees to send the package to a new address or back to existing.

Pickup orders can take-up to 4 hours to be processed and pulled. We ask that you wait until you receive a ready for pickup email and or text before coming in to pickup your items.

Once you arrive we will require valid ID and order conformation to pickup your order.

3rd party pickup, if you decide to send a 3rd party to pickup your order we are not responsible for any missing or damaged merchandise.
